"Mendoza Cleaning Service has cleaned our house for the past 18 months. They have consistently done an excellent job. Their attention to detail and communication is what I value most. I would highly recommend them."

"Everything went great from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time, the work was impeccable and fast and it is so nice having a clean home! I will definitely schedule more cleanings in the future."

"We hired Mr. Sanchez to clean our home and he did such an amazing job that we have hired him for ongoing cleaning services. We have been incredibly pleased with his attention to detail, thoroughness, and personable nature. Highly recommended!"

"I would use impact cleaning services over and over again and once more after that!! My house is completely spotless! I have used other cleaning services in the past but not one of them left my house as spotless as impact cleaning did. My house still looks and smells amazing one week later!"

"Sam contributed not only to my amazing site, but also added suggestions that will help my BUSINESS. I feel she is highly professional, generous (to a fault) and business-savvy. She puts her whole heart into helping her customers, and that does take way more time than typical website developers that just act like they're listening to you (while they're probably playing video games instead.) I've built sites for 13 businesses, using plug & play site features. I knew I couldn't even come close to creating what I envisioned for this shopping site. But I can tell you sites I see online are created with templates that "designers" charge a fortune for!
Sam will tell you upfront what you need to budget to get what you want. She'll also tell you what she can and can't do for a given price. Other contractors and businesses (auto repair anyone?) will quote one price, or just say "it won't be much" and then hand you a bill for three times what you expected. Not Sam. She'd rather lose the opportunity to make your site than overcharge for what you expect.
This young lady has a lot of fussy people to please, so I tried to give her more guidelines and structure for this second site she built for me. I think it helped with communication a lot because she actually had (scanned, child-like, hand-drawn) flow charts and ideas of how I wanted the pages laid out. I'm now amazed that she could build my first site so well since I didn't even know what I wanted when I started!!!
I sometimes feel I don't deserve such GREAT service since my site is a "nobody" right now.... but Sam has been encouraging and gone above and beyond to accomplish what even my own family thinks my business can do. She truly undercharges (I'm gonna regret I said that!) She is up 24 hours at a time, fielding calls and trying to appease customers who either don't know what they want, or want to take out their daily frustrations to a kind voice on the phone
**I wish website customers took the time to learn enough about what they don't know, what is reasonable to expect, and what bad service really is, before they go online and rant about businesses on Yelp, FaceBook, Angie's List, etc.

"cleaned several rooms and steps in addition to the special.  Excellent job and very knowlegdable."

"When scheduling the person I spoke with asked a few questions to determine what I needed and talked to me about what to expect. It sounded like they were very flexible if I wanted certain products to be used and for how I wanted to prioritize cleaning in my house. I tidied up our belongings beforehand. On the day of the cleaning two cleaners came - they were personable and polite. Both started working right away and I was very satisfied with my sparkling clean home when they were finished! They finished everything in the time window."
