"I think I paid an hourly rate like $125 per hour. He came out pretty promptly and fixed the leak. The water was leaking, coming from the house underground. We had already dug it out and found out where it was, as opposed to having them come, hunt for it from the house to the street. We had already found the leak, but my husband was hesitant to repair it, saying "if I don't do it exactly right, we'll still have to call them anyway". "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
