I called them three weeks later and left a message but did not receive a response so I called them another time two weeks after that. The service provider ensured me that he would send people out to finish the job and seal the door/ make everything flush so all I would have to do it paint. I should have also received a 10% senior discount ($50 on the $500 bill) which I never received. He  said that Angie's List was supposed to pay me the discount which is not true. I felt that was poor professionalism and poor business. In the end, he didn't finish the job and it doesn't look like he plans to finish the job."

"Artios Painting/ Mike did a wonderful job, I have no complaints at all. I thought the price was fair, he had the lowest price, he was able to start right away. I didn't have much time to get the mold out of the basement before renting the house, Mike and crew worked every day until the job was finished, they were fast but good. They also cleaned up all of their mess from working and shampooed the carpet better than I've ever seen it. <br /> Mike will tell you everything you need to fix the problem and make the place look good to, you decide how much you want him to do, I had them fix the mold problem and make it look as nice as they could after removing the paneling, it's a nice big basement that will be used. <br /> Mike would call daily to let me know when they would be working at the house or if I was there he would tell me his start time and what they plan on doing that day. Mike and his crew were friendly and easy to work with.  <br /> I don't think I will have to deal with mold again with the good job they did plus the tips Mike gave me about preventing or catching the mold when you first see it. <br /> It's now been three months and everything is still perfect, no mold, fast work and a good price.
