"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. We have used Proctor for roofing and other home repair projects.  They show up on time and have a very good crew that prepares the job site, performs the work and then cleans everything up.  They left no mess behind at all.  My one small beef with them is communications - they previously had replaced our porch and porch roof and did an excellent job matching existing work on our 200 year old house.  They have done such great work that I now want them to replace some doors and windows but they are very busy and not real communicative. When they are on the site and doing work they are wonderful and call if they will be a few minutes late.  Its just getting them to come out the first time to measure and quote. I will use them again for more work though as the quality is great and the cost is competitive.

"They were very professional and helped in our time of need. We had a roof leaking and they were great about fitting us in around the weather to help avoid further damage. The price was a bit higher than i would've like but that was to be expected as we needed special care taken on the addition roof as well as the short amount of time we had to get it repaired. They were fantastic and brought in an extra large crew to get it done so much faster then I expected. I have since told several neighbors about them as well as here on Angie's list."
