Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. I called Graves Brothers and left a message (it was after hours on Saturday), they returned my call promptly and were able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician that came out, Cruz, was on time, polite and professional. He quickly identified and repaired the problem, keeping me informed as he worked. "Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"
