"I called Levi on a Saturday because we were down to 1 toilet for 6 people. The downstairs toilet had suddenly started gurgling on Thursday night. Internet research said it was a clog, so I called Roto Rooter Friday morning. To their credit, they came out that afternoon, but did not locate the clog. After removing the toilet and digging up the septic, they told my sons that there was no clog, but the septic tank was full. So I called Levi Saturday morning, DURING the Electra snow storm. He arrived at our house in Trumansburg (from Newfield) in 90 minutes, dug up 2 additional spots, found the clog (yes, there was a clog), pumped the tank, and only charged us $200. <br /> <br />"

"The appointment went very well. Jimmy arrived early, was concise and professional, and did not waste any time in beginning the inspection. He clearly described what he was going to do and let me know when he needed to access to the house and equipment, and in what order he'd be performing service. He was respectful of the house and our time, and when he'd completed the service we had requested, made recommendations but did not pressure me to commit to anything. He went through the service and any repairs step by step and explained why each had been necessary. He understood I needed to return to work and made every effort to expedite the payment process."

"On a chilly weekday morning, we noticed the thermostat was 3 degrees below the point that the boiler was to start.  When I went to check the boiler, there was no sounds from the boiler.  I called promptly at 7 a.m. (their opening time).  Their response was prompt.  The boiler was repaired (it was a burned out element that triggers the boiler to start) and I was on my way to work by 8:30  The next Sunday, the heat went again.  Quickly responded again.  This time it was electrical.  They said they would give it  few days and send a bill if they didn't hear from me in a week.  When the bill arrived, it was very reasonable for an off-shift call. <br />"

"We woke up to water flooded the basement and I had called Jim at Valley Mechanical and he came right out to look what was wrong and then he had a crew here within hour with new tank and all equipment to change my very old tank out with a new one which they had switched from propane to electric and they were very quick at there work and very professional also I was hesitant on going from propane to electric but I will tell you that it only took about 15 mins and I had very hot water throughout my whole house which is very large I would call this company for any of there services they provide and no this isn’t my first time using them and yes I will go back to them for many other issues that need fixing or repaired or even serviced"
