"I contacted Jason and described the problem.  He said he could be there at 7:30 a.m. the next morning to check it out.  He was there at 7:20; diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and set a time to come fix it.  The crew arrived on time, cut a hole in the wall, had to remove an attached cabinet, repaired the leak, repaired the wall, reattached the cabinet, cleaned up their mess and was finished.  From my perspective, the job could not have been done more professionally.

"Brandon was great. He was able to assess the issue via images sent via text messages. Even though the door was a custom job from over four decades, he was able to quickly replace the deadbolt. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.
