"It was great to work with Icon Builders to building our dream home. They went out of their way to accommodate the completion of our home build in time for school. Their response times are great and the staff is truly personable. It was great working with Jenna, Natalia, Joe, Scott, Shawna and Charlie. I will recommend Icon to anyone looking to build a custom home."

"Our experience with AP Builder was great. Angelo was very knowledgeable and professional, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was a big important project for our home and I am extremely happy with how it came out! The cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises, everything was open and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you AP!"

"They built a full porch after they took down my existing small stoop porch. It looks better than I could have ever imagined. They explained everything as they went was a great experience."

"I was very please to find a company that would do my concrete sidewalk as well as the asphalt driveway. Both look really good."

"Shawn and his team made the whole process so easy! They got the most out of my insurance claim and I didn't have to fight with my insurance co. they handled it all. In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. Also important to me,if I had questions somebody was always on other side of the phone!"

"A&D Exteriors and Remodeling did an excellent job! I had my whole interior painted as I just purchased this new home. They worked very fast and finished in one day! They were very efficient. I also had a small roof repair. I had some leaks in my attic. They were able to get that done in a matter of hours. I will be hiring them again for help with remodeling my basement."

"Id like to take a minute to explain our experience with Regency Garages. When we first decided we wanted to build a garage, we met with several companies before contacting Regency. The experience with these companies was less than desirable. It felt like they wanted to build only a simple box style garage and really did a horrible job explaining the process and options. When Terry from Regency came out to meet with us, we knew right away this was the company we had been looking for. She did a great job walking us through sizes, designs, process, and pricing. We learned so much from that fist visit and felt very comfortable dealing with her. We then began the process and this is where Regency really shines. As you can imagine, questions can arise. There was not a phone call or e-mail that Regency did not get back to me quickly on. Their communication is second to none. The concrete and build process was exceptional. Regency handled all permits and we passed all inspections easily. This is a company you should feel comfortable dealing with. I would be more than happy to discuss our experience further with any one interested. Thank you Regency for a job well done. I finally have the garage I always wanted. And it looks like my son and his friend have also turned the 2nd floor into a clubhouse (see pics). Many thanks!"

"Tom is wonderful! We were originally referred to him by a friend that raved about his work and we have not been disappointed. He is professional, meticulous, hard working and takes his time to do a job the correct way and doesn't just 'get it done'. Tom arrived on time every day and promptly started work.  His prices are fair and upfront and competitive with other professionals in the business. Tom isn't afraid to offer suggestions as to what may look or work better and if after starting a job discovers it may require more work, discusses it with you before jumping ahead.
We have had Tom do 2 tile projects (back splash and fireplace mantel) which both used a small glass mosaic tile. His attention to detail is impressive and both turned out beautifully. Where most people may have just added a little more space between the end tiles to finish quickly, Tom took the time to cut the smallest piece of tile to perfectly complete a row. He was also able to offer suggestions as to what color grout would look best and where I could find decorative wall plates at the best price.
Most recently, Tom painted 4 rooms in our house (walls, ceilings, trim). All of them turned out beautifully! We couldn't be happier. He also installed built-in shelves for us in a random cut out we had in our breakfast room and they look as if they have been there forever.
Tom will continue to be our 'go to' person for any home improvement project we have, big or small, for as long as he is in the business...which we hope is a very long time!

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
