He was prompt and let me know right from the start there would be an up charge for what I wanted done. I knew what I wanted would not be included in the original Angie's list deal. Having received prior estimates I knew this was still a good value and we proceeded. Once a date was set up for service he was punctual and set to work right away. He was very professional and worked straight through on each occasion. There was more than one because he had to wait for work to dry.
