"Called on Sunday 11/9. Was told about the after hours service charge and ok?d the charge. Was told tech would be here in 2 hrs. Took 3. Told him again about ac not working. Checked it out said I was low on Freon. OK?d the work. Checked other stuff said there wasn?t a problem. AC started to work. After 90 minutes and $301.00 he left. AC stopped working the next day and hasn?t worked since. Today is the 15th. I have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General?s Office. I do not recommend this service."

He gave us our options, he was able to answer any questions we had, we had to order parts, but we were still up and going within 48 hours of the diagnosis! Great service, nice and knowledgeable, I highly recommend! "
