Customers say: Quality work

"GREAT!!!!! On time, very well focused on the task at hand!!! and VERY CLEAN. The chimney was cleaned and inspected to ensure safe operation!!! A very thorough cleaning of the dryer vent. Also inspected for safe operation!!! This company is very good!!! They completely installed a new wood burning stove and brought the chimney up to code for a safe operation. I would recommend the company to anyone who uses their fireplace/ wood burning insert for professional installation and maintenance. Thank you for keeping my family and home safe!!!!"

"Great service, on time. He inspected my roof and provided a complete detail inspection report via email when he said he was going to do it. If I need a job to be done in the future, I will call this company first."

"Original bid was $850. Somehow it ended up costing $1200. I'd rather know the price up front than be lied to. Every trip he made to the house there was a new issue that increased price. I have since spoken to a couple of installers who assured me that the items he charged me extra for should have been included at no charge and he should have known to look for them when he did the original bid. Like how thick was the existing door and the replacement door? Charging extra to replace trim that you removed? I wouldn't use him again. Which is sad. I would have paid the higher price if that's what he had quoted to begin with, but to nickel and dime at every turn seems shady and I don't want to business with that kind of businessman. The house was under contract and he knew that I had to get the job done, which he gladly took advantage of, running up the price. Don't take advantage of people. It isn't nice. Like I said, I needed the job completed, the issue wasn't the price, I would have paid the $1200, the issue was the way that the man does business. If this is the way that Wayne treated me, I shudder to think of how he would take advantage of someone else who would be easy to take advantage of, say and elderly person or someone else who was rushed. It's better to be up front and honest. The job took longer than anticipated but not excessively. I've noticed that any home improvement job seems to take longer than scheduled."

"We had just moved to Denver a few months prior to a horrible hail storm. We found Greg through Angie's List. Our home had significant damage to the roof, shutters, paint, gutters, windows and light fixtures. Greg arrived the day after contacting him and told us how he would proceed with the insurance company (he even called them while sitting with us.) The insurance company had to come out a couple of times and each time Greg made it a point to be there to point various things out. Greg even took pictures of paint damage that the insurance company was not going to pay for and eventually got them to include it in the pay out. Greg was great to work with, he was always available by phone or text and went out of his way to work with the insurance company on our behalf. I can't recommend Greg (and James his partner) enough!"

"We had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. Just good people!"

"We had a leak in the master bathroom that went unattended for a while. Chad did a great job repairing the damage and installing new flooring in the master and guest baths plus the kitchen. Excellent attention to detail on the work! I highly recommended Chad."
