"They came out two or three weeks after I had initially called because it was right during their heavy part of the season where they were laying sods so they could not come out as quickly as I would have liked, but they came out quickly as they could. "Big Mistake!They assured us that they would pull a permit (for which they charged us) but never did, they did demolition on a Monday, and did not pour until the following Monday, stating they had no access to concrete.When the bid was given, we were told it would be a two day process, demo and pour. Not at all the case. Also, had much difficulty in having them move two sprinkler heads for landscaping that we were to do. The technicians were too busy having a chat session with each other and therefore it took well over two hours for a job that they bid out at 1 hour. And then, didn't even complete the entire project.Made several calls, emails etc to the company expressing our concerns and wanting either a permit or reimbursement thereof and were never called back or given any type of assistance with our concerns."

"I couldn't have asked for better service. I had them remove a 35" pine between houses, a cedar "mess" that would have taken me all day to remove myself, and two smaller 15-20' pines, as well as clean up a lot of years of needles under the big pine and the cedar. They showed up on time with 5 guys and a grinder and were done in about 2 hours. Very professional bid, pre-calls and follow up. John called me later to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction."

"I had used Mile High Landscape to redo the yard at another address. I called them to get an estimate for work at my new address. Mr. Chinh Nguyen, himself, came out to provide the estimate. He was very professional, listening to what we wanted done and our thoughts.. He gave us some suggestions improving on our ideas. He spent another hour measuring, asking follow-up questions and gave us a rough estimate before he left. He followed this up with an emailed written estimate. As with the previous job, his proposal was quite a bit less than other companies. The crew showed up the next week at the appointed time. The first day crew consisted of five guys to get the old retaining wall removed and the new one in and get the area built up and the spruce tree planted. They wanted to make sure the tree was planted and established quickly to prevent any shock to the tree. The next several days had a crew of two or three. They were very efficient and worked well, staying to past sunset a couple of days to get the work done quickly, even though I wasn't under any time crunch. I am very impressed and happy with the work. The new tree is doing very well several months later and the new sod provided a lush lawn, growing in very quickly. I will use Mile High again and have recommend them to several others. <br />"

"The owner of the company is very good at communicating about when he can come out. His communication in general is very good. He always does exactly what I ask him to do. I had some tree limbs and things from a job I had done. So he ground up all that stuff and got it out of my way. He also cleared my yard really well and that?s something I liked about him. They seem to really know their trees and how to take care of them. They aren?t cheap. I have used them several times already."

"We needed an aspen tree cut down and the stump removed, as we were starting to get a small forest of aspen suckers in the yard. The quote was prompt and reasonable, and had services broken out as cut down tree, apply a product to kill the roots and suckers, which we could see was quite a large system even from above ground, and stump removal. We decided to cut down the tree as a family project. When I called to ask about the timimg of stump removal and the product to be applied, I was so impressed, the lead arborist (I think Justin was his name but the card isn't in front of me) told me, when I asked, about a product I could order and apply myself, and how it compared to other products. He could have not said anything and charged me for what turned out to be a simple step in the process, but was very helpful and answered all my questions. We still had Mile Hi come to remove the stump, and they did so quickly. Result...aspen forest free lawn! Would definitely use again!"
