"We used chimney sweep people for chimney sweeping and they are called Clean Sweep. Those guys are wonderful. They are very caring as it is a dirty job. They take a lot of precautions to make sure that they are always laying tarps over the flooring and make sure that nothing gets messed up. We have 3 large dogs and they interact with them and they are not afraid of the dogs. We had a beehive stuck in the chimney, one year, and they couldn't take care of it and they recommended an exterminator service to take care of that and got that taken care of. We have an old Victorian house that it takes some old type of staff to get on the roof and they are just very, very meticulous in what they do and safety comes first with that. They don't take chances on anything. They don't do chimney repair, we used them as a referral service all the time. They referred our chimney repair person, our floor repair person, our wood person. If we need anything done we call them and then they tell us who to go to. I don't know what they charge but my husband doesn’t complain. He would complain if it was too much and he wouldn't use them again."

"It went well. As a smaller job, I was fit in between larger jobs and that was fine. They removed the front door screen, completely re-did the front door trim, replaced the screen door and caulked everything. There was some confusion about the diverter, but all is well now. The best thing was that the actual work was not as involved as they thought it might be, so I received a credit! That impressed me, as I know there are companies out there who would not mention a thing and just keep the money. So, thank you, Bayside. Cleaned up the area and when I had a question they responded the next day and corrected the small issue that had been over looked. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

They went through everything that needed to be done properly without cutting corners. My decision was that it was not worth it for what I could get in the increase in rental pay. They were prompt, honest and could have cut corners but they did not."
