"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"I hired them to perform two repairs in rental properties I have: - One property had the skylights leaking. - One property has a flat roof and the seams were not done properly and were lifting, causing major water leaks. Both roofs had previously been redone by a well recommended contractor in the area, but presented issues a few months later. Not only they did not honor the warranty for repairing, but also upon checking the license information that I was given, I found out that it was fake. Thus, I was left to find another company to fix the problems (and of course chase the other contractor later). I sent First Industrial the information on the houses and the proposal was emailed to me 2 days later. I needed to put down the deposit for the fixes, but I live about 2h away from the properties in question. They were able to come to my house to pick up the deposit, and then performed the work the following weekend. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. They weren't the lowest quote I received, but were ones that demonstrated to be the most knowledgeable. After my past bad experience, I was sure to ask enough questions to vet the company and verify all information I was given. I am glad to have found them and would certainly use their services again."
