I asked a few times for the contract or at least a receipt, and he said he was coming the next day to verify everything was good and complete anything that was not done, until this time more than 1 weeks he hasn?t come back , called me back, or emailed my receipt and paperwork. He got the money and disappeared, then I find out he overcharged me for the work, he take advantage of new young homeowner 1st time looking for help. It?s sad because now we don?t trust anyone, We learn our lesson. "

After I sighed/accepted his proposal he told me when he would arrive and he showed up willing and ready to work the full day. He completely redid the screen enclosure with two new doors, all new aluminum and screen in one day. His prices are fair and he does quality work which is the only way I accept things.
