It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. "I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"I met Al Guevara when my wife and I were dealing with a very stressful home ownership related event. A few days prior to Alâ s arrival, a tree had fallen on our roof and rolled onto the deck. There were five different puncture holes straight through and on into our attic. A temporary repair was made the next day. However, a long-term solution was required. I called our previous roofing contractor and was told he had shut down the operation until Spring, 2024. My wife researched and came up with a short list of the highest rated, well reviewed local roofing companies. MGS Construction was at the top of her list so I started there. Another call would not be necessary. Al visited us the day I made the call and by the end of his visit we signed his proposal/estimate. A complete roof replacement (GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, ice and water shield, caps, ridge vents, flashing, etc.) â along with a new 40â seamless gutter â was scheduled with work to begin in one week! And no deposit was required. It snowed the evening prior to the (large) crewâ s arrival and it had no impact on the project. The crew used leaf blowers to remove snow from the roof! I met the foreman, Josh, the morning that the work began. In addition to overseeing the many goings on with the well-oiled machine of a crew, Josh took the time and had the patience to answer questions I had during the course of the day. And believe me, there were more than a few! Clean-up was very thorough. MGS will be returning in the spring to repair the damage the tree did to our deck and to do work on the exterior of our home unrelated to the tree damage."

"The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. "Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"From the start. the sales rep. was very informative. we had a shingled roof installed 10 years ago by a box store company. very bad response from them! Then we seen an add on television, every thing they said they would do, was done. The team of installers worked in the middle of the winter, they were always on time, they were very clean and professional. They promised there would NOT be any leeks. its been 6 months -no leeks. Fred the Company Manager called several times just to make sure we were satisfied. Great Business- Very Professional Best price & service"
