"Wanting to rip up our beige carpet and install black/gray vinyl flooring in the great room and gray/white vinyl in the adjoining kitchen area, we discovered there weren't many dark colors that didn't include shades of brown, something we didn't want. However, Rick came with the perfect samples and it took less than five minutes to decide on the colors. The estimate was a few hundred higher than another, but as I said, he had the exact colors and even with a lot of work to do, he had us scheduled within 3 weeks, not a 2-3 month lag we got from other places. This company probably has a lot of crews, but if you can, get Christie and James to do the work for you. With the furniture moved for them, is was under 2.5 hrs for everything in the great room to be ripped up and hauled outside, all the supplies placed in my garage, and the new floor was ready to go down. About a third of the great room was done on day one, but this area had the most angles and cuts to deal with. This room was finished on day two. The kitchen took all of day three, but there were four appliances to move and work around, two pantry-size closets, and a washer/dryer alcove to do. There might have been 12 pieces or so that did not need some kind of cut made on them. Christie is a whiz with a caulking gun and cutting miter angles in the quarter-round trim (with a hand cutter). The kitchen floor was installed over tile so she had to adjust for a slight height difference between the two areas. She and James worked well together, each knowing what the other was doing and what they needed to do to keep the job moving. No wasted time or movements. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves and even brought our dog some treats. I told Rick that if i do the bedroom floors as well, I would hire them, as long as I could get Christie and James to do the work."

"Joe came out, on time, and was very helpful and professional. He gave us the best price from among 3 bids, saving us hundreds. The installers were punctual and went above and beyond, even cleaning up beautifully at the end. Will definitely use them next time I replace flooring."

"We recently purchased a 1 BR ocean front investment property in Myrtle Beach. The place needed a complete overhaul. I was very nervous about finding the right contractor because I do not live in the area and we couldn't find a trusted contractor with my limited contacts. I vetted several contractors and settled on One Stop Plus after speaking to the owner and their project manager, Anthony. I couldn't be happier with the work. I can't say enough good things about Anthony. He was ALWAYS available to answer my questions, provide his thoughts when we had to make decisions, and to work through any hiccups along the way. They work fast and efficiently. With any large reno, not everything goes smoothly but Anthony and his team were able to respond quickly and remedy any issues. I am very happy we chose One Stop and I would highly recommend them."

"Purchase and install vinyl plank flooring"

"I did my homework when we decided to change our flooring. Out of five companies we researched we decided on Floortech, SC. I was impressed from the minute I talked to the owner, John, he made great recommendations, had amazing pricing and came out that day to measure. They also have most of the flooring in stock and they jump on the job. The two men that came to install the flooring could not have been more professional! When the job was finished someone came out to inspect the work and if we were not pleased with anything they would fix it right away. Needless to say it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"extremely well done job, very professional and he was very reasonable with his charges. I plan to use him again in the future. He only installed the vinyl plank flooring but we took care of the removal of the old flooring and installation of the quarter round, that was included on the negotiated price of $2.00 per square foot."

"We had a great experience working with MA Design & Construction. They care about their work and make sure the customer is happy. We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting. The team was organized and cleaned up every day. On top of everything, they finished the work earlier than we expected! We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to work with them again."

"I am so impressed with the professionalism of this company & their workers. They were prompt and detailed in answering all my questions. They were extremely efficient. They truly care about their customers because they made sure I was completely satisfied with all parts of my experience. The crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. I highly recommend!!! If you need any flooring remodeling or repairs hire Southlake Flooring, you will not be disappointed."

"It was very good. It was simple. Excellent job. The price did not change. What he quoted me was what he charged. The guy I was working with was easy to deal with. I highly recommend him."

"Only minor issues with scheduling. Floors look great."
