The fishy part was I was requested to write a check and the project manager insisted I leave the "Pay To The Order Of" blank on the check. I asked for a business card and was told I did not need it one because I had the phone number. When asked if I should make the check out to the project manager and asked what his full name was he said he was going to take care of me and "not to worry". "We had a great HVAC duct inspection experience with Donald Duct (love the name). Their scheduling service kept us up to date regarding our appointment. Surprisingly, they had a schedule change and we were asked if they could arrive early! The two techs arrived right on time and explained how they would inspect our ducts and then recommend any additonal service. Post inspection, they showed me pictures of our ducts, and luckily, no further work was necessary. They did spend additional time with me explaining how I can add filters to my returns and recommended that we reinspect in 2 years.
