"Our home was damaged by some spring storms and our insurance company said we were entitled to a new roof and siding. This can be a daunting task, who do you call? I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome!
