My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. "Griffin Roofing installed a new copper roof beneath our roof deck, reinstalled our roof deck, installed a new copper roof above the bay window walkout, installed new sewage vent pipe flashing, replaced missing/broken slates, install new gutters, and sealed the ridge with asphalt sealant. The crew worked diligently despite the hot weather. Matt was accessible, friendly, and understood our needs. He answered the many questions that I had. The budgeting number they gave us at the outset ended up being the price. They were able to complete the job before my daughters birthday party as they stated they would. I would use them again."

"Mr. DePollar was professional, fair, and kind and the price was significantly lower than several other bids that we obtained. The team was always on time, professional, with a great work ethic, and outstanding craftmanship. The attention to detail and a quality install was clearly evident. We are extremely pleased with our roof and it's beautiful. Three skylights were replaced as well as trim work on the inside of the house. The trim work really took the look of the skylights from plain to great looking. We've received many compliments. We will definitely hire Chey Chase Remodeling for other projects."

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
