Delivered to specs. - Installation crew was friendly, worked quickly. - Process of getting the initial quote and then revised quotes was efficient. - Price was in line with market, competitive Issues - We were told 1-2 weeks lead time, it ended up being 5-6 weeks lead time. - We had an issue with regard to how the fence fit with the retaining wall that we wanted resolved. The salesperson seemed to question the issue, rather than understanding the additional work we wanted done and why we were not satisfied. We subsequently did get a quote for additional work, but decided not to proceed with it. - The team did not ask how to deal with electrical wiring that went along the fence. And post-installation, they left a live electrical outlet hanging out onto the sidewalk - which was a safety hazard. Was not their job to address the electric, but still should have been handled more carefully. - Payment terms are favorable to the company. They took partial payment up front while I waited for 5-6 weeks, but then were very aggressive about immediate payment, seeming more concerned about getting paid day-of before even understanding if I considered the work done or was satisfied."

We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. "We needed to replace our large wooden 2 level deck. We were so impressed with the responsiveness of Agustin who was our main contact. His level of professionalism was outstanding. Agustin contacted me as soon as I put a request into Angie’s List and came out that afternoon to discuss our needs - WOW! He offered wonderful suggestions to replace our deck (materials, colors, rails, steps). He showed us pictures of work they had done which was very helpful. Once we made a decision on materials he came back out to the house to go over the plans again. The drawings were done within a few days and he came out again to discuss them. We had a last minute change which he was easily able to adapt. He was ALWAYS easy to talk to and never rushed us. He took care of the necessary permits and dumpster and even removed our hot tub during demolition. It was seemless. He contacted me at each step (even on the weekends) by phone, email and text, so we knew what to expect. I felt like I was his only customer. He let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if they could start the project earlier than planned! WOW! The team who worked on the deck, led by Rudy, were professional, always polite, hard working, always cleaned up and they did a fantastic job. Rudy always checked in with me each day and was so easy to talk to. I highly, highly recommend Prime Construction. FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests."
