"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). "Tried to schedule a routine maintenance appointment available to customers who signed up for service plans, but Len could not follow through with their commitment three failed/rescheduled appointments in a row!! Each required four hour commitments from the customer. I tried to communicate with dispatch and customer service but unfortunately I don’t think these two departments have an open line of communication between them. I would not recommend for anyone to work with or engage with this company. Len did not follow through on their half of the commitment and disrespected my time as an in office working professional."
