"The work that Bobby did was rebuilding a shed ramp, installing new porch screen door and repairing large window ledge. All I can say is that he made everything better than new! Couldn’t ask any anyone more professional!"

"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"It was great working with Jim. The door was fixed the next day."

"It went well! The guys were friendly and honest, particularly about one aspect of the door opener mounting."

"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"l&V handyman service did a very good job on my stair rail repair. It is more sturdy and I feel safe walking done the steps again."

"I purchased the $89 roof maintenance package.  I ended up spending $1300 for repairs.  I'm pleased with what was done though because I had previously had handymen out to repair leaks but the repair only lasted 1-2 months before the roof was leaking again.  He did a full inspection and found multiple leaks- some of which I knew about and others that were not apparent yet.  He explained all the issues professionally and patiently and was willing to do as much or as little as I wanted. He did not have a hard sell approach which I appreciated.  He came out quickly, finished up in one afternoon, and even came back later to review/explain what was done.  Several months and heavy rains later, we have had no recurrent leaks and I would recommend him.

"I actually schedule this service on November the 30th.  I emailed this company on Dec. 1, to see when they were going to come.  He originally said he would be there the next day.  Then he emailed me and said they had actually come on Nov. 23.  They left me no notice that they had been there and I had no way of seeing whether the work had really been done.  I scheduled it on the 30th for a reason, not the week before.  I would have appreciated a heads up and some kind of notice (email or a door hanger) that they had been there."
