Chris and Dave came out within an hour! They lined my staircase to the basement with a drop cloth and they covered the area around the clean out valve so nothing would splatter on the wall or carpeting. "It went very well. I was absolutely satisfied. I am very glad I took the time to research companies and found them. I can't recall the name of the woman who was first to come to the house but she was exactly on time, very nice, and professional. I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or the process and told her that. She educated me and didn't make me feel stupid. She clearly knew what she was doing. The guys arrived shortly after to carry all the wet stuff from the basement into the garage. They were great. I can't believe how hard and how long they worked. They were very nice guys and super hard workers. John, the owner, was very generous and willing to answer questions, to explain the process, and he showed (on time and when expected) until the job was done and the basement walls were testing as dry. John also assisted in getting a large dumpster for the carpet and ruined furniture, books, and other stuff; and cleared it with our insurance. I didn't feel like I had to be in the house when they were there. They really did help relieve the stress of the situation and did the job very well. I was able to just turn it over to them. I don't know what the cost was because I don't have the information from the insurance company."
