"Rick responded to our call within 24 hours and set up a time and date the same week for an estimate of the the job. He pointed out the need for a much higher quality of blown in insulation other than what we currently had. He checked to make sure our exhaust fans were properly vented and explained the reasons we had some issues with heating and cooling on the second floor. Improper distribution of insulation, lack of insulation in some areas and a low grade of material were problems that were corrected by Superior Insulation Co. Rick came earlier than expected and completed the job quickly. Our friends next door came over an expressed interest in having their insulation increased as well. Rick was able to add insulation to their home as soon as he finished our house. We are very satisfied with the work. He did exactly what we expected and for the price he quoted on the written estimate. We are very happy with the materials used and can't wait to feel how much warmer the second floor will be this winter. We would recommend Superior to anyone needing this type of service.

"Shawn looked at my roof on Tuesday and did the repairs on Wednesday. He walked me through the repair process, told me what he'd do, and then did an excellent job. He was even able to use some shingles I'd saved to keep the cost of the repair down. I also appreciated his estimate on the remaining life of the roof so I can an for its replacement. No high pressure sales pitch, just facts. If you need roof work done, very highly recommend!!"

"Response after initial online inquiry was very prompt compared to other companies I contacted. They have a standard fixed rate for repair jobs less than 12 singles, so they didn't need to come out to give an estimate like other roofers require. It was just a few days until they came for the repair. They didn't have the correct manufacture/color shingle, so they put some shingles up temporarily to prevent any damage (which was good because it rained the next day). They got the correct manufacturer/color shingles and returned a few days later."
