"Response after initial online inquiry was very prompt compared to other companies I contacted. They have a standard fixed rate for repair jobs less than 12 singles, so they didn't need to come out to give an estimate like other roofers require. It was just a few days until they came for the repair. They didn't have the correct manufacture/color shingle, so they put some shingles up temporarily to prevent any damage (which was good because it rained the next day). They got the correct manufacturer/color shingles and returned a few days later."

He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it.
