"I communicated with Ron directly and he was determined to solve our insulation problems. He had to remove drywall in our entranceway and add in insulation where there were large gaps and air was getting in. He had a worker drywall and patch up the wall. The drywall worker did an amazing job! 
Ron also fixed an ongoing issue we had in our garage ceiling that was causing our living room floor to be cold and drafty. He worked around our schedule and made multiple visits to our home to fix the issue. We are happy customers and happy to say that the problem is fixed. "Response after initial online inquiry was very prompt compared to other companies I contacted. They have a standard fixed rate for repair jobs less than 12 singles, so they didn't need to come out to give an estimate like other roofers require. It was just a few days until they came for the repair. They didn't have the correct manufacture/color shingle, so they put some shingles up temporarily to prevent any damage (which was good because it rained the next day). They got the correct manufacturer/color shingles and returned a few days later."
