"Excellent work"

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

Unlike his competitors he came prepared with material samples along with pictures of previous projects. It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. I received my proposal the same day of my appointment which others took weeks. It included firm pricing for permits which others only provided a range of cost. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. Their workers are true craftsmen as their attention to details clearly shows. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the deck they constructed along with our experience with this company. "

"Oscar Carrenza is obviously busy, speaks rapidly, and this leads to numerous emails, texts, calls to have price, and measurements accurate and confusion resolved. Day of job, after assuring me no jackhammer would be used, a 'jackhammer- sounding' piece of equipment was used. Neighbors were upset in townhome cluster, no one was warned, all @7:15am. (Oscar had said he would "cut and lift sections of old sidewalk only. I stepped out to see how things looked, and realized the entryway concrete pad immediately outside my front door was damaged in several spots, with cracks and gaps. He started talking very fast, saying,"don't worry, I 'll fix that, make it pretty again!" Said he would return to fix. On return,became very loud, angry, lunged, shouting, red in face. Nothing repaired. Only the project was done, not damage he caused. and he was paid in full. My son overheard his angry remarks, but Oscar left. I told him he went back on his word, and I don't accept people shouting at me"
