"Highly recommended! Mike, Steve and the team at Goetz Contracting transformed the curb appeal of our home. A big wrap around porch is one of the great features of the house, but it was seriously worn and outdated. Goetz took out all the skinny decorative 4x4 beige posts/spindles and weak railings. They padded out the main beam on all three sides of the house and wrapped it perfectly with aluminum, installed 23 new 6x6 posts with PVC post wraps, and finished with solid Trex Transcend railings and spindles all in white. The second floor balcony off the primary bedroom was totally restructured and then remodeled to match the lower porch plus the addition of beautiful Trex Enhance composite decking. "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional.
