"Charged more than your site stated. We were unable to use pool for days because of excessive chlorinating. Broke plug on pool and when confronted, were unable to replace. I bought another on Amazon. Hired another company."

"I highly recommend Bluewater Pools lead by the owner Kevin. I had 5 estimates with quite a range of prices & varying experiences during the proposal process. From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. The bench seat was made as planned & looks like original equipment. Nice work. I highly recommend Kevin & the Bluewater Team. It’s a pleasure to work with an honest & high quality professional who delivers the product at a great price. The pool looks great!"

"As in the past, Rick reviewed the options and costs. Replacement was clearly the right choice and the new controls are a major tech upgrade and much easier to read and use. Pricing was very fair and appropriate. We are very pleased with our long-standing relationship with Parkway Pools and would recommend them with no reservation. Our weekly pool maintenance by Edward is excellent."

"I hired the company originally when it was under a different ownership - it was 4Eva Pool. Then it was bought out and became SoFlo. The guys leave stuff like empty chlorine bottles by the pool, leave dirty drag marks on the patio from equipment, don't really clean the pool all that good ( I found grass floating after the supposed service). Once something wasn't closed correctly and it caused my pool to lose about 10 inches of water in 2 days and got everything wet around the equipment because the water was shooting out. In any case - would not recommend this company. They sound nice and probably mean well, but can't handle basic tasks."

"We had Wayne install a new pool filter and also to move our filter and motor configuration from inside of our garage to the outside. The original owners of our house had the pool filter and pump installed in the garage instead of the outside. We recently decided to move all of that outside and to replace the old sand filter with a cartridge one (purchased through Way-Lyn Pools). Wayne and his staff showed up exactly when he said that he would on the installation day and finished it in only one day though he originally estimated that it the project would take two. He also charged a fair price for the amount of work that was needed to be done and the amount of materials that needed to be used. They minimized the amount of water that leaked onto the garage floor while they were working and left the garage and installation area outside very clean when they left. Overall, Wayne and his guys did a fantastic job and I recommend them to anyone needing service on their pool and its equipment."

"The crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The job was done better than we ever could of expected and they did not break the bank. Every time we ran into some kind of problem they were able to fix everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing job done correctly and in a timely manner at very reasonable prices."

"OP Pool is an amazing company and I would highly recommend for everyone with a pool that needs services for repairs. He is very knowledgeable, informative, patient and cost efficient. Thank you so much Onarbin! Will be my maintenance pool guy moving forward."
