The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. "Judy Sarsten, the Ten Plus Services office manager, was very responsive, pleasant and professional.  The crew assigned to the job, Paul and Dexter, arrived at the time promised.  They showed me the corrosion problem (structural rupture) that precluded fixing the old unit.  When I inquired about replacement options, Paul provided well-reasoned advice about the heat pump and gas-fired alternatives.  I decided a gas-fired pool heater would be best.  Paul said the office would send me a proposal. 
Judy sent a detailed estimate the next business day, including the Angie's List discount and offering to waive the service call fee for the first visit.  The $2500 price seemed fair; it was less expensive than the old unit (purchased by a previous homeowner).  I accepted their proposal on the condition that the work would be accomplished within nine days.  Ten Plus Service made this happen.  Paul and Dexter did an excellent job installing the new unit and the new gas line needed to supply it.  They were pleasant to work with and readily answered my questions regarding various aspects of the installation.  They showed me how to operate it and how its use can be coordinated with my solar panels.  They hauled away the old unit and all trash.
Employing Ten Plus Service was a pleasure from start to finish.  The heater is working very well, as evidenced by a 5 degree Fahrenheit water temperature increase over two hours, even with the outside air temperature below 60.  I am very satisfied and will gladly hire them again.

"I give them an "A" because the end result was outstanding! With that being said, communication was quite a struggle through the process and the sales person was challenging to work with (although understand that he is no longer with them.) Shannon is the best person to work with - he cares about the quality! Please know that showing up (on time or even the stated day) is not going to happen as you expect it. If you can be patient with that, you will be ok. Justin know that the end result is better than imagined!! We are incredibly happy with it!"

"I contacted this provider after seeing his magnetic sign on his truck. I called him for a quote but also investigated Angie's.list to see how reputable this company was. The reviews were favorable so we called him for a quote. We also called another company for a quote after reading reviews on Angie's list. Bikini Pools was lower in price and although there were some differences in application ideas between the two companies, we decided to go with Bikini Pools. The flow of construction companies was amazing........one would finish and another would appear within minutes......this has to be credited to the owner of Bikini Pools. We had some installation issues with the pavers but Mike had his subcontractor handle the problems immediately. The owner addressed every issue and was always available, which is very comforting when doing such a large improvement in our backyard pool area. We are very proud of our new pool and paver deck and are no longer embarrassed to entertain in our backyard. The remodel was estimated to be done in two weeks and they exceeded that time frame........very very conscientious contractors.
