I contacted him the first time when our poolâ s bottom had tons of just â junkâ that we could not vacuum away. After one trip from Josh, the bottom of the pool was clear. As we were trying to get ready to close it for the winter, Josh advised us as to what cover we would need. I ordered it and after it arrived he came out immediately, took our ladder our (which I could not physically do) and fixed the cover. Through the entire winter, the cover worked perfectly.
