Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. "Had a concrete front steps done. After a very high amount paid the concrete is so poorly done and peeling and cracking after 11 months. The sides are not smooth concrete ununiform pour all air pockets. Looks like an amateur job."
