"It started out great, they were timely and professional. And they fixed the holes in the roof. However, they replaced the shingles with a significantly different color shingle. When I advised it was the wrong color, Yani said he would correct the issue. This was on November 3. After 4 texts of him telling us he would be out to replace the shingles, the work has not been completed. It is now December 16. Our last contact was on November 23rd. While we understand the right color match product was not available at the time, we are extremely disappointed the problem has not been resolved."

"Trinity has done nothing but mislead and not communicate with me. Everything was wonderful while they were being paid but the communication from the sales *** and the ******************* is far below average it an issue comes up. They busted my driveway right at the entrance.I have the video of it happening. They are saying it wasn't their fault even though they backed up put padding down then drove over it. Why wasn't that done in the first place. I was also told my little shed was included by the ***. The day before instal he called and said it couldn't be included. What they did respond to fast was the day I called to say I had the insurance check. They were very fast to respond and come pick that up And cash it. Yet didn't start the job for a month."

Top Gear is a fairly new company. There is a calculated risk in that. Steve however is not new at the roofing game. Your not getting a flashy decaled truck, embroidered Carhartt jacket or a fancy hat. His pricing reflects his lower overhead. The rain is about to return. So time will tell if it's a fix, but I'm confident that Top Gear will make things right if it's not. Steve guaranteed his work for 5 years. With his kind of honesty, he should still be around. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
