Work included first planting new grass and fertilizing, followed by regular mowing, trimming of trees and bushes, adjusting the irrigation system, removing weeds and general upkeep. They really do a great job: always on time, very professional and friendly. Communications via phone and text message have been very fluid. "The technician who came out to perform the service was lacking in basic customer service and was not very thorough because I have a few weeds currently despite it being guaranteed for many more months, We ended up receiving an "excessive weed fee" which was minor but a pain when we tried to pay it, because the company doesn't accept credit or debit cards."

"<br>I called Hayward Tree and requested an estimate.  I believe it was Amanda that came out to look at the tree and gave me the quote.  I immediately indicated I would like to have them do the job and she told me someone would call the next day to put me on the schedule.  I received that call the next day & was put on the schedule within a few days.  On the day of the service, one of the workers called to let me know he was about 10 minutes away... "Moved to Phoenix about 3-4 years ago and wasn't thrilled with the 1st lawnscaping experience. Was referred to AZ Lawnscaping by one of the highly rated arborists in the area and have been very happy. The owner, Joe, is quite responsive, offers a fair price for services, wants to make sure his customers are happy with their service, and immediately talks to his crew when needed. It's nice to have a reasonably priced proficient service with no language barriers. And I hear this company will be expanding to hardscaping in the near future and given the A+ customer service thus far can't help but assume this company will provide A+ hardscaping service as well."

"They were prompt with coming to do an estimate. They were flexible with scheduling (I scheduled them and then had to reschedule the day before). They were prompt on the day of the job. <br /> <br /> They brought 2 crews and were quick and efficient with the work. We had one unfortunate incident - while one of the workers was trimming a bush near the house, a rock or something shot up and broke a window. I was very impressed that they didn't hesitate at all with taking responsibility or try to suggest that the window had already been broken. They also took responsibility for contacting a window repair vendor and getting it repaired quickly. Because of the cost to repair the window (double-paned, unfortunately), I don't think they ended up making much money on this job; however, their ethical and prompt handling of the broken window resulted in an impressed customer who will not hesitate to call them again."
