"Work was done very efficiently. His communication was excellent . He inquired if I needed anything else done. He discussed preventing algae growth by controlling the presence of phosphorus. I expressed concern due to one of my health issues and that I needed to conduct some research to learn the ingredients of a potential remedy and how they chemically react. Alex asked that I let him know what my research found so that he could determine what he could do to prevent algae growth while protecting my health. His concern for doing a good job and protecting my health was reassuring. "
