The company continued to employ him and when I called, because the geothermal apparently needed some fair amount of tinkering to get them right, when I had called for service, I have been very specific, do not send James, I will turn him away and they basically said yes, we're aware of that. I wouldn't hire them again, I'm not so angry with him that I'm telling everyone about the job that they did, so when someone brings up heating and they're asking for recommendations, I recommend other companies."
