"David and his crew installed a new tankless Water heater for me and I have nothing but good things to say about the unit we chose and the experience all together. If I need any work done on my home in the future I know who I’m calling."

"I had a situation that wasn’t an emergency but left me with my water cut off—Red’s (Cody) was extremely responsive and came to my aid very quickly and efficiently—reasonable rates and just a flat-out congenial guy that could be trusted—appreciate him and have saved his contact information if I ever need him again—many thank to my fellow Bearcat!!"

"AJ helped me figure out my issue with the water heater. Replaced the elements and our heater was heating again. I’d recommend him, fair price and on time!"

"I called at 9:30am because I had no hot water for my shower. They came out to look at it within the hour. I needed a new water heater and they came back to replace it at 4:00. Absolutely outstanding response, service and price. I won't call anyone else."

"First impression was great: Tim picked up the phone right away, was available the same afternoon, called when he was on his way, and was overall very personable. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to actually want to do the work. He fixed the tub drain right away. Would barely look at the shower control issue and without even taking the front piece off to look, told me it would need to be replaced because the fixture was not a name brand. Did not tell me what would be involved, give me a quote, or express any interest in doing the work, just "Yep, that needs to be replaced. What else needs to be done?" So I showed him the toilet with a weak flush (water running into the bowl, had to hold handle down to flush completely). He tried flushing it a couple of times and told me I needed a new toilet because this one was "a piece of junk". I asked what was wrong with it and he said something vague about there probably being cracks in some unnamed part, and he'd have to take the tank off to repair it and by that time we may as well get a new toilet. Was there anything else I needed him to look at? I asked him to try to repair it and he went and got his snake (??? it was never clogged), snaked it, said it wasn't clogged and we needed a new one. I asked him what would happen if he replaced the flapper. He did and voila, it flushed without holding the handle down... A few minutes later he heard water running into the bowl again. He pulled out some other part and replaced that and like magic, that was fixed too. Before he left, I asked for a quote to replace the shower controls and he seemed reluctant to give me one. It wasn't an unreasonable number. I felt like he didn't want my business unless we wanted to remodel the whole bathroom. I'm not sure why I had to make a specific suggestion for how to fix my own toilet to get him to do it, unless he thought I was too dumb to know that it was a simple repair. I did appreciate that he charged me fairly for the work he did do. I appreciated that he was friendly and available the same day. But will I be calling him the next time I need a plumber? Sadly, no."

"We bought an older home, built in 1955, which needed a lot of plumbing work done: replace and repair old drain lines, install a commode, remove an old expansion tank in the crawlspace, new waterline for the toilet, install a new water heater, etc. They did an excellent job making repairs and trouble-shooting problems that we were having with our plumbing. They are knowledgeable, great with customer service, arrive on time and follow through until the job is done. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"Living Water Plumbing and Drain always exceeds my expectations. Chris always gives top notch customer service, fair pricing, and he shares helpful information to prevent further issues from happening. I trust LWP&D to get the job done right, the first time. Chris never tries to sell me on something I don’t need. He’s honest and up front about it all. Chris has helped me with everything from replacing my kitchen sink, faucet, and pipes, to replacing my outside spickets and fixing pipes in my yard and under my house. I always recommend him to family and friends!"
