"Jason and Brian absolutely exceeded my expectations both in terms of the quality of their work and their customer service. They really went above and beyond in many ways. As an example, they built a beautiful stone retaining wall that merged into the walkway that was totally unexpected and added a very classy finish to the job. Their plants were of the highest quality and the few that we did not like (too short, the wrong color), they immediately changed them, no questions asked. Their landscaping crew led by Kyle were incredibly customer focused and professional and were so accommodating when my wife asking them to replant and move certain plants that were not quite to her liking. And the cherry on the cake was when they 'threw-in' some new flag stones instead of using some old stones that I had planned to recycle. In summary, I would absolutely recommend Ferrandino to any of my New Canaan friends and will most certainly be using them again. "We had interviewed , about 8 companies, some were personable, others were not, some were informative, others tried to sound like they belonged in this industry. Tim came with one of his employees, it was at the end of the day , they poured earlier, and Tim looked like he rolled around on the color;) He was really funny, and kind, and patient, even after a clearly long day, he did not rush us, he answered questions, that others couldn&#39;t. This told my husband and I that if he was willing to walk us through the process after a long day, and answer questions, we were probably going to hire him. A pool deck/ and a patio on the side of our sunroom, Tim asked who the pool company was, he said , &#34;wait 6 months&#34;.. He is incredible and thankfully we listened. The jobs are perfect!! "aThe job went very well.  The team completed the job in about 5 days, which required jackhammering about 1' x 125' foot of material, disposing of the material via wheelbarrow to their truck, installing perforated pipe and crushed stone and then covering it all with concrete.  <br /> Since then I haven't had any water in the basement.   As a bonus they tied in my one of my gutter downspouts to the drain line that ran to the back of the property. <br /> I just recently joined Angie's List and had to make sure these guys commended for the great job they did."
