"My husband and I had been interviewing contractors for over four months prior to hiring CORE Remodeling for our home project. After our initial meeting, Corey had Al Abderazzaq, CORE Project Manager, at our home the following day to perform the exterior inspection for the estimate. Within a week and a half we had another meeting where I selected my materials and shortly thereafter was provided a detailed estimate of the work. Having contractors at your home during the construction process can be overwhelming. However, the CORE team took the extra time to ensure my backyard remained secured to allow my dog to have access to the fenced in portion of our property during construction. This gesture may seem small but it meant a lot to me. I went into this project expecting to encounter bumps in the road. Yes, in fact things happen, the good the bad and the ugly but it was during these trying times I was glad I hired Corey. When an issue arose Corey and Al returned my calls right away (within 20 minutes). Issues were addressed promptly and the final product is exactly what I had imagined. The bottom line is Corey is a man of his word, everything was done properly and the final product is stunning. In the next few years we look forward to working with CORE on our other projects because as any home owner knows, the projects never seem to end."
