Our founding partners formed Bulldog Roofing after experiencing how the roofing companies they worked for failed their customers. We created a company with the firm belief of being true to our word. The communication and timeliness of this team from project start to completion was excellent. When questions arose or suppliers had issues Pro Shield was prompt in their responses and notifications. This team was also proactive in making sure that I understood the basic processes involved with tear off and replacement and were especially considerate when doing so insuring that furniture, plants, cars, and people were safe in the process. One of our trees was damaged when some materials slid off in a different direction and the Pro Shield team showed me the damage and provided an acceptable resolution. On the plus side, the Pro Shield team identified an area that was prone to leakage and what they did to mitigate and prevent any future leakage in that area. They also brought our vents up to code and provided guidance for other improvements."
