"The technician, Mr. Kostadinov, was professional, thorough, courteous and explained why a new water tank/heater was needed. The installation went smoothly. After completion, I was able to view the new water tank/heater, new pipes, etc. He then checked the water pressure in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the outdoor water system making sure it was normal.
