He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. Within a week I was contacted by the job supervisor and was given a date they would start. The entire project was done start to finish within 3 weeks of my initial call to Keyprime. It took linger for me to pay my invoice having to wait for insurance and all that. This was the best experience I've had when it comes to home repairs and renovations. I would recommend Keyprime to anyone looking for a new roof. I will likely use them for windows and siding projects in the future."
