We had one of their competitors install some other windows, and they did a horrible job. I asked the Great Lakes installer to check out their competitors installation, and without hesitation he was up on a ladder looking at the windows. He found some deficient areas of caulking that he placed new caulking for, at no extra charge! Had he not looked at those windows, we could have had water coming in and possibly a mold problem. "Excellent! Our house looks amazing and our entire experience was great. The salesman helped us determine the right product in a pressure free environment and the finished product looks amazing. The workers made sure every little detail was perfect and were very diligent in keeping a clean work area, which is important for a family with pets and young kids.
