(Or 4 hours with two men; the same thing.) <br />       First of all, the lady manning the telephone/appointments for this new company was very courteous and professional - always a good sign. <br />        The two men were a little late arriving, but she called ahead to let us know. <br />        We felt that they accomplished all the above tasks in a thorough manner and the work seems to have been well-done. They acted like they wanted to do things to our satisfaction and were nice about doing a few little adjustments to the work that we requested, such as making extra-secure the tension shower rod. <br />         Somewhat to our surprise, they offered a one-year written guarantee on (I believe) the labor. That seems generous, considering the fact that this was a special deal, much discounted from their usual hourly rate. <br />        We liked their work well enough that we asked for a quote on future work.
