The cleaners were efficient and the house always smells fresh (not like bleach) when they leave. I now have them on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule so that I only have to do the touch ups. When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. All it takes is once and we're good to go thereafter.)"

When we hired Sam for regular biweekly cleanups, he sent out the same team, which was fabulous. Sam and his team honored specific requirements for taking care of the new carpet and hardwoods. The team was also gentle on the furniture and super polite to the people. We also found Sam to be an ethical person with whom to work in the rare event that something did not go quite right.
