We had already removed all of our carpeting so we had it basically ready for them to come in to do. My advice to others is to make sure they get the square footage right, because people are stuck with it if it is not measured right. That was our only issue because we had to pay extra because of that. Overall they did fine. The product was as good as we thought it would be. We liked the initial person that we purchased from; Phil was good. We had two different installers come; I thought, maybe the same installer would come both times. I just don't want to be a complainer because we are enjoying the product. They did what they said they were going to do. I guess we got what we paid for. There were a couple of places that were chipped a little bit that they had to come back and re-mark or whatever, because we were not going to have them tear it out. I don't know if it was the product itself or the installer. We do like the product; it complements our house. </p>"
