"They did show up fairly timely, was courtious and worked throughout the day to get the job done.  However, after a couple of days i realized that the original problem i had with black debree coming through my master bath tub faucet still remained a problem. They also hooked back up the water in my master bathroom in reverse.  Cold is where hot should be and hot where cold should be.  I have called them 3 times and left messages, and also e-mailed them, all with no response or return call.  I am extremely upset that they will not return my calls or correct the issue.  The tub faucet replacements are suppose to have a 90 day warrantly and all the rest of the work have warranty's ranging from 5 to 25 years.  
There quote to repair the original problem for replacing tub and shower faucets was so riduculously high over $600 that i went with their quote to replace all water lines and outside hydrants, and a new main line shut off valve and new shut off vaves for batchroom and kitchen.  Now due to the fact that they will not return my calls I wonder if i can trust anything that they did.  I feel totally ripped off and scammed.  I am not even sure what my next step will be.  I need to have working bath faucets!!!!
