"Very reliable and punctual with appointments. Informative service calls has both of my systems running well most of the time except when my upstairs blower unit went bad. They correctly identified the issue, but the first replacement motor was either defective or installed incorrectly. On second call I pointed out the low flow of air, but technician thought that was normal. After a couple of rather warm evenings we had another tech come out. He said the blower that was installed was not working correctly and corrected the issue. No problems since the repair."

"Called for service /diagnostic at 8 AM, Service tech at home by 9 AM. Unit was 20 years old. Furnace side firebox was rusted out and A/C had leaked 50% of Freon in the system. Service tech provided repair options and replacement options with approximate pricing for each. A product manager was at our house by 1 PM with a contract for the new unit with selected. The install team began installing the new unit by 4:30 PM the same day but got rained out before completion. Installation and testing was completed by 9 AM the next morning. The new unit is about 40% more efficient than the old unit and is working great. Every member of MJ Frick were worked with were professional, fast and competent. We will use them again and recommend them as well."

"Downspouts from gutters and sump pump discharge were extended and buried under lawn to divert water out to street (away from our foundation). Materials used for drainage was heavy duty PVC pipes (not corrugated plastic tubing), we are confident it will last and not collapse or degrade over time. It is also attractive (at least as far as gutters go), as they used proper fittings to match up to existing downspouts. Used green plastic 'pop-ups' at the exit points which blend into yard and are positioned such that they can be easily mowed over. Lawn was minimally disturbed, they saved and replaced the grassy chunks where possible, and reseeded the rest. Very pleased."

"Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. The evidence of it being repaired will be obvious but should, when finished properly, be acceptable.  The only alternative, complete demolition, sub slab consolidation and new slab construction, would probably cost at least ten times as much and much longer to complete. <br /> The two men worked diligently, showed a high level of competence and were very courteous at all times.  We were very impressed and would, following this experience, strongly recommend Acculevel, Inc. <br /> Myles Murphy <br />"
