They should up exactly when they said they would, no hidden costs (the final price was a few hundred over the estimate, but we were told in advance in the estimate itself that any wood under the roof that needed to be replaced would be extra and they showed us exactly where and why they needed to replace some of it as it was rotted through), quickly responded to any questions we had, cleaned up the work area and finished they said they would. It stormed during the days they were scheduled to work and they still managed to finish within the time frame they gave us. Definitely recommend!"
