Two guys came on site, they were professional and did a good job. The price was great. $105 for the cleaning. I recently had my chimney cap fly off during the high winds at the end of February. I called on Tuesday morning for a service call to reattach the cap. When I mentioned I was concerned about the coming rain, they worked me in same day. Very happy with this cougot's."

"We had been pricing siding replacement for the last two years, and the best price we received was from Jacob's Ladder. We had previously replaced numerous boards fiber boards at the foundation all around and splash areas around our front and back porches ourselves over the last 15 years, but the west side was only saved by an exceptional paint job about 9 years ago by another Angie's List A rated painter. Since we were only doing two of the 4 sides of our home, Justin discussed the transition points between old and new work, helped us pick the best option to handle them until we're ready to proceed. They will be our choice for the remainder of the work on the east and south sides, and our first contact for any repair, painting or exterior remodeling we need in the future."
