"RW Garage Doors was wonderful. When I called, I was told that someone could come between 12 and 2 and would call 10-20 minutes before arriving. Edven Benitez called around 12:30 and, as promised, arrived 10 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (the springs and the cables). I thought the structure/railing was also damaged with a slight bend and might need to be replaced. He was very honest and told me that that was almost certainly not a problem.
